30 Day Practice: Day 4 – It’s Magic

Day 4 of 30 day practice:
Today we use magic to Kill ANTS (automatic negative thoughts)
ABRA
A- Acknowledge – notice and accept the thought is there
B- Breathe – take a deep breath in
R- Release that breath – with a big woosh if possible and let that thought go.
A- Align with a new thought that is empowering.

E.G. “I can’t do that. I will never get it. I am so stupid”
New thought: “That isn’t true. Learning something new is bound to be awkward. With time and practice I will get better.”

OR as my note from the Universe said today:

I do believe, that if people would just start by saying “it’s fun,” when it seems hard; “I’m happy,” when they seem sad; and “I know,” when it seems they don’t… they’d finally discover that it really is, they really are, and they always have.
