30 Day Practice: Day 22 Mindfulness

Day 22 – Should have been yesterday but I ended up having an internet free day for me. Started with spending the morning with a friend and the evening reading a book. I can’t say I missed the internet at all – except I didn’t post here for you.

Can you take a day and practice mindfulness and present moment awareness.

No electronics – enjoying the company of those around you and being truly present in each moment.

That means not worrying about what’s next – not bemoaning what has passed. It means thriving in right NOW. It is good practice as stress relief and the best way to allow room for your genius to peek through.

Enjoy a moment – an hour or even a day of just being.

Give the gift of light. Shine a little brighter every day.
