You have reassessed your vision board and are assured that it brings you joy and inspiration. You enjoy looking at it everyday and feeling what it is like to live it. Today reflect on the last week. Were you able to implement action steps? If you did – give your self a high five and say “WELL DONE”. If you were not able to either your WHY is not big enough OR your action steps are too big. BABY STEPS is the way to soothe your subconscious mind into supporting change. What is your action step for today?
