Today / tonight list the 7 baby steps you are committed to making happen this week. They need to be bite size – very doable and scheduled. If you find a step doesn’t fit or is too big and not going to happen – do not just let it slip by – consciously look at it – ask yourself why it isn’t happening or doesn’t fit and most importantly – alter – rearrange or recreate a replacement step to complete within the next 24 hours.
It is important that you consistently let your brain know this is the new habit. There’s no mistakes really – just course corrections.
A jet in flight is never on course – continuously in motion correcting one way and the other. Your course too will be continuous small corrections that keep you on track. Reassess, readjust and keep going.
